This course prepares the WorkFace Planning (WFP) Coordinator for their key role in supporting WorkFace Planners on a project.

Through this training, participants will gain the skills to ensure the effective and timely execution of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) processes, from early Path of Construction planning through to final close-out.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Understand the responsibilities of a WorkFace Planning Coordinator at all project stages.
