AWP University’s WorkFace Planner program provides WorkFace Planners with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and manage Installation Work Packages (IWPs) across their entire lifecycle.

Through these courses, the WorkFace Planner will gain a complete understanding of their roles and responsibilities in both WorkFace Planning (WFP) and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) — from early Path of Construction planning and development through to IWP close-out.

By the end of this certification program, participants will be able to:

Develop, sequence, and manage IWPs effectively.
Apply structured WorkFace Planning methods aligned with AWP best practices.
Improve project predictability, productivity, and execution readiness.
Collaborate with Coordinators, Supervisors, and project teams to drive success.
