The L2 Project Controls Manager course outlines the roles and responsibilities of Project Controls on a project using AWP. Through this course, the Project Controls Manager will gain a strong understanding of their involvement in the development of early AWP structures, and integrating them into the Project Master Schedule.
The L1 AWP Fundamentals course must be completed prior to starting this course.
