Our Story
Founded in 2020, AWP University by the Center for Construction Training Excellence, emerged when co-founders Robin and Amber, rooted in real-world construction leadership and learning design, recognized a growing demand for quality Advanced Work Packaging education.
From the start, our mission was clear: create industry-aligned training—not self-certified credentials. That’s why we became a Registered Education Provider with the Construction Industry Institute (CII REP), grounding our courses in widely recognized standards.

It’s the perfect tool to share with folks who are unfamiliar with AWP, and it’s also an excellent tool for someone at any level of an AWP implementation to use to gain a familiarization with the many moving parts of a healthy AWP program.
